In this month’s Product Inspiration, Cochran’s features our Tobaccowood flooring, reclaimed box beams, and custom barn doors in both a commercial and residential setting. Both spaces are fresh and stylish with the combination of our character-rich reclaimed materials and modern, contemporary finishes.
Our reclaimed Tobacoowood flooring comes from the many old southern barns that were once used for drying tobacco. Made from pine and other softwoods, our tobaccowood is full of large knots, nail holes, and dents and dings. Our clients, Orr Partners, selected this flooring when remodeling their Reston-based office. The combination of reclaimed wood and rustic metal gave the space a great industrial feel.
