Old Ironsides

In 1830, an impromptu poem penned by Oliver Wendell Holmes saved the frigate USS Constitution from decommissioning and she remains the oldest commissioned vessel afloat to this day. Like Holmes, we too want to give a nod to such an iconic piece of American history. Old Ironsides has the wind and wave worn texture and color of the famous White Oak hull bearing the same name.
