Sample Order Instruction
At Cochran’s Lumber, our goal is to ensure that you’re fully informed throughout the entire process—from your initial sample order to your final, finished flooring. We believe transparency is key to delivering a product that meets your expectations and avoids any surprises along the way. Here’s what to expect during your sample order process:
Step 1: You’ll receive your custom-assembled sample kit from Cochran’s Lumber.
Step 2: Once you’ve chosen the sample color you’d like to move forward with, notify your sales representative to confirm your selection.
Step 3: Inside your sample box, you’ll find a smaller “cut piece.” This piece serves as a control sample we use to ensure consistency when manufacturing your flooring. After approving your sample color, let your sales representative know so you can return the cut piece to us.
Step 4: We’ll provide a prepaid UPS return label. Simply repackage your sample and send it back to Cochran’s Lumber.
