L’Auberge Provencale

Cochran’s Lumber and Millwork was proud to work with award-winning Northern Virginia restaurant L’Auberge Provençale and the opening of their new bar and lounge area, La Table Provençale. Beautiful antique oak flooring was chosen to give the space a warm, rustic feel. The result is a comfortable, yet sophisticated place where patrons can relax and enjoy brasserie style cuisine and chic cocktails.

“Ben Cochran helped me pick out the flooring and it is absolutely gorgeous! It definitely matches everything we wanted to achieve in the bar as far as the ambience. When I walked into the showroom at Cochran’s Lumber, I wanted every piece of lumber they have to offer!” – Celeste Borel, owner of L’Auberge Provençale

Merci Beaucoup Celeste!

Delalplane Cellars

We always enjoy seeing how our wood is incorporated into local establishments.

Recently, we had the opportunity to visit several of Northern Virginia’s finest wineries and breweries. Not only are these establishments famous for their outstanding spirits and breathtaking views, but they also have excellent taste when it comes to design.

One of our stops was to Delaplane Cellars. This award-winning winery sits high atop the rolling hills of picturesque Fauquier County. Owner Betsy Dolphin choose our Live Sawn White Oak flooring to complete the sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere of the expansive tasting room. The process of Live Sawn uses less product waste than most conventional flooring, which aligns with Delaplane Cellar’s commitment of incorporating environmentally-friendly practices into their business model.
