The clients started with a new-build property and layered in natural wood elements from Cochran’s Lumber, and sister company Sawmill Designs, to create an inviting space for their family. By choosing Cochran’s live sawn white oak invisible fumed with matte finish, on an engineered 7″ wide board for a modern, they achieved a casual vibe. Used throughout, the flooring unifies the vast entryway, striking staircase, bedrooms, and open-concept living areas. Layered with natural architectural elements, neutral hues, and contemporary decor, this home is a welcoming space that the family with enjoy for years to come.
